There are now two methods of registering for Trek Mount Kenya 2011. You can download the requisite forms (see further down this page) OR you can now register online by clicking on the button below:

OFFLINE REGISTRATION

In order to register for Trek Mount Kenya event, you will need to complete the registration and medical forms, which need to be posted back with the £350 registration fee (This is non-refundable and is not included in the required minimum sponsorship amount of £3500. You also need to supply two passport sized photographs. Please make cheques payable to International Childcare Trust.

You can also pay the registration fee via our Online Donations page, however be sure to inform us that the money you are donating is for the Trek Mount Kenya event. To do this, fill out the comments box on the online form, telling us exactly what the donation is for.

You need to get a doctor’s signature if you are over the age of 60 or suffer from or have ever suffered from:

• Heart trouble and/or blood pressure problems
• Asthma, bronchitis and/or shortness of breath
• Diabetes
• Epilepsy and/or fainting attacks
• Migraine, headaches
• Severe head injuries
• Cancer
• Allergies
• Vertigo
• Fracture, tendon or ligament/cartilage damage
• Physical illness or back problems
• Psychiatric or mental illness
• Have you been hospitalised within the last two years
• Are you suffering from or a carrier of any infectious disease
• Are you registered as disabled
• Do you have any skin wounds or ulcers
• Do you have any problems with sight, hearing or other senses
• Do you have any other on-going or past medical problems
• Are you pregnant or trying to get pregnant
• Do you have a drug or alcohol dependency

It’s probably most convenient for you to register online but there are a few circumstances in which you will need to apply by paper application and get your doctor’s signature. If you are applying by paper application please download the form below:
